Please e-mail or call us for availability of your preferred tour date and tour before making payment. This is very important. Your e-mail will be responded to within one business day and a reservation code will be provided so you can process your payment.
Paying for your tour via PayPal’s secure shopping cart system is very safe and easy. Your information will remain private and secure and will never be shared with others. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can utilize their secure website to make your payment via your debit or credit card.
PayPal will provide you with a receipt that will serve as your boarding ticket.
If you are unable to print the receipt you can bring a copy of it on any mobile device.
Nevertheless, once you receive a confirmation email your name will be noted on the tour guest list as confirmed and paid.
After choosing your tour, month and date of travel, simply click on one of the buttons below each tour description to activate your shopping cart. You will be able to change the number of adult participants and update your cart.
If you need to add children to the booking just click on CONTINUE SHOPPING to be returned to this page to add the additional child tour participants.
If there is more than one child, change the number and click UPDATE. You will then be able to check out and pay for your tour(s).
Please review our Terms & Conditions page, especially as it relates to cancellations, before making your reservation. Please provide a local Puerto Vallarta phone number (e.g. your hotel, condo or operational mobile phone) when making your PayPal payment so that we can inform you of any schedule changes should they occur.
Please note that you will not be able to pay for your tour until you have received a reservation code according to the availability confirmation from our office containing payment instructions and additional information. All payments are due within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Cruise Ship Passenger Information
We offer special departure times for cruise ship passengers and groups. E-mail us directly for special arrangements for your group. Keep in mind that ship's time may be different than local Puerto Vallarta time. Check with your cruise ship company and ship's Purser for exact local time here in Puerto Vallarta.
Guest Weight & Balance Surcharges As Related to Safety
Ensuring the safety of all guests on board is our number one priority.
It is important that we maintain authorized weight restrictions our vessels and level balance on board at all times.
For balance and stability on our boats, guests who weigh more than 265-US Pounds/120-Kilograms are required to inform us before you purchase your tickets, this is in order to off-set the overall weight and balance of our vessels to ensure that all water activities are safely conducted and to ensure safe balance. You must volunteer this information up front to the reservations agent or be denied boarding with no refund at the departure point.
Ocean Friendly Tours makes no additional benefit from this policy. This policy simply allows us to reduce the number of passengers on board to compensate for the weight variance and to ensure guest safety and comfort for everyone on board.

Port Usage Fees
Mexican Federal Port Usage Fees are not included in the cost of your tours and the $25 Peso per person fee is payable upon arrival at the pier.
Taxi and bus rates are subject to change without notice and are not the responsibility of Ocean Friendly Tours. Please read our After Booking Information page for the most current information available to Ocean Friendly Tours. Information provided by the Federal government is subject to change without notice.
As we have no controls of any bus, taxi and/or governmental fees, Ocean Friendly Tours cannot be held accountable for changes with or without notice and/or currency fluctuations.
Due to Federal restrictions, no business or monetary transactions my take place on Federal properties, including the Federal area of our tour departures. All payments with Ocean Friendly Tours must be concluded prior to arrival at our departure point.
Secure, Global Payments via PayPal
All payments can be made on line via PayPal, prior to your tour by using the Add To Cart buttons above.
Private charter guests will receive a separate email requesting payment via PayPal once the reservation is confirmed. In order to guarantee your reservation, all payments are due within 24 hours of making your reservation.
If you wish to pay in US dollars, Mexican pesos, Canadian dollars or wire transfer, those payments must be made in advance. Please contact us for information regarding payment options to be made outside of the PayPal system.
Other currencies can be accommodated via wire transfer in advance of your arrival. Please ask about other payment options through PayPal. All tour rates are subject to change with currency fluctuation and exchange rates of your particular currency and method of payment.
